CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Boot Camp: 

Will challenge your cardiovascular and muscular fitness by incorporating calisthenics, free-weights, and plyometrics for a variety of exercises in each session.

Pilates:

Using a floor mat and small prop, this class focuses on the basic principles: core strength, increases flexibility, breath control and correct alignment to improve posture.

HIIT:

High Intensity Interval Training is an intense workout with weights and cardiovascular exercise.

Iso-Stretch:

Low-impact, high-yield body stretch and resistance training class. Stretch out those sore muscles while getting an unbeatable isometric workout.

Zumba: 

Exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-Inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party.

Yoga:

Classes maintain awareness and focus on the breath while moving through a series of postures.

PIYO:

A combination of Yoga and Pilates to stretch and strengthen your body.  The emphasis is on core-control and focus on breathing while in motion. The full body is covered, leaving you feeling toned and flexible.
